This 9-week career readiness program is designed specifically for youth aged 15-25 in special education. Aligned with RTI tiers and PBIS frameworks, the course provides a structured path toward independent living through the lens of truck driving. The curriculum integrates RTI tiers of support for each week, ensuring professional skills in logistics, safety, and workplace communication are accessible for diverse learners. Participants will explore the transportation industry while developing the behavioral and academic foundations necessary for a successful transition to adulthood.
