This 9-week career readiness program is designed specifically for youth aged 15-25 in special education. Aligned with RTI tiers and PBIS frameworks, the course provides a structured path toward independent living through the lens of HVAC. Students will explore basic mechanical skills, workplace safety, and professional communication while building the behavioral and academic foundations necessary for a successful transition to adulthood and the trade workforce.
