This 9-week career readiness program is designed specifically for youth aged 15-25 in special education. Aligned with RTI tiers and PBIS frameworks, the course provides a structured path toward independent living through the lens of social media and podcasting. The curriculum integrates specific RTI tiers of supports for each week to ensure a supported and inclusive learning environment for diverse learners. Participants will develop digital literacy, professional communication, and self-advocacy skills while building a portfolio of creative media work.
